01 What the service provides

Hotel Lobby AI Generator is an independent service at hotellobbyaigenerator.online, operated by an individual in Shenzhen, China. It uses two uploaded character references and a fixed performance clip to create a short AI video with an aligned audio track.

We have no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement from COLORS, the performers, the holders of rights in the reference material, or people depicted in examples. Access to the tool does not transfer those third-party rights.

02 Account eligibility and responsibility

A Google sign-in is required to generate videos or purchase credits. You must be at least 18, and at least the applicable age of majority, to hold an account or buy a pack. Keep access to your Google account secure and take responsibility for actions made through it.

Do not create extra accounts to collect additional welcome credits. Google is the only supported sign-in method; we do not issue a separate site password.

03 Permission to use your inputs

By submitting an image you confirm that you own it or have sufficient permission, including consent to use the likeness of any real person shown. Images depicting anyone under 18 are not permitted.

Do not submit sexual, hateful, violent or harassing material, or material that infringes privacy, copyright or trademark rights. Do not portray an AI depiction as authentic footage or as an endorsement by the person depicted.

Generation providers may screen or reject inputs and outputs. A rejected or failed job is not delivered and its reserved credits are returned. Provider screening does not remove your responsibility for the material you submit.

04 Credits, charges and expiry

Videos cost 30 credits per second at 720p. The studio displays the job total before submission; a submitted job keeps that quoted amount. Current one-time packs appear on the pricing page.

There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals. Waffo processes checkout and payment confirmation. Pack prices are stated in US dollars before applicable taxes; checkout shows the final amount and any local currency conversion.

A pending generation reserves credits. Completion spends the reservation; failure restores it automatically. New accounts get 150 free credits — enough for one 5-second preview — once per account. Welcome credits cannot be exchanged for money.

Purchased credits expire 12 months after purchase. Welcome credits expire 30 days after issue. The earliest-expiring credits are used first. A failed job restores credits with their prior expiry or at least seven further days, whichever is later. Expired credits cannot be restored or refunded.

Credits belong to the account that received them, have no cash value and cannot be transferred or resold. Money-refund eligibility is described below.

05 Credit returns and payment refunds

Failed jobs: the reserved generation credits return automatically, including when a provider rejects the job. This is an account credit adjustment, not a refund to a payment card.

Unused packs: request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if no credits from that pack have been used. An approved refund returns to the original payment method and removes the pack’s credits. Partly used packs are not refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Billing problems: report duplicate charges or a paid pack that never arrived within 30 days so we can investigate and refund the affected charge. A delivered result is not refundable merely because its style differs from your expectations. For a clearly broken result, such as missing audio or a character, provide the job ID for review; we may restore generation credits.

Email support@figuresofyou.com from your sign-in address with the purchase reference and date. Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days; the payment method or bank may need additional time. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

For EU or UK consumers, starting generation requests immediate performance of the service and affects withdrawal rights for consumed credits. Unused credits remain subject to the 14-day policy. Contact support about a billing problem before opening a chargeback. Reversed payments remove the associated credits; an account may be restricted if those credits were already spent.

06 Using a generated video

You retain any rights you already have in your uploaded images. Subject to these terms and third-party rights, generated videos may be used for personal or social-media purposes. We cannot license another party’s music, performance, likeness or other protected material. Commercial use may need separate clearance.

Follow the rules of the service where you share a video and the laws that apply to you. AI may change likeness, height, hands, gestures or lip movement; exact fidelity and a particular creative outcome are not guaranteed.

07 Prohibited use and content reports

Do not use this service for illegal sexual content, any sexual depiction involving a minor, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonation or political deepfakes, harassment, hateful material, or unlawful use of intellectual property. Do not bypass credits or access controls, disrupt the service, use stolen payment details or abuse refunds.

Report prohibited content

Email support@figuresofyou.com with the subject “Content report”. Give the page URL or job ID, describe the concern and include relevant consent or rights information. Never attach illegal material. For an intellectual-property report, identify the protected work or mark and explain your authority to report it.

The operator reviews reports and may remove content, restrict generation or suspend an account. Use the same channel to request human review of a restriction you believe is mistaken.

08 Restrictions and account closure

We may restrict or close accounts that breach these terms, submit prohibited content, collect welcome credits through multiple accounts, engage in payment fraud or threaten users, infrastructure or providers. Legal or urgent safety circumstances may require immediate action, removal of affected content and, where required, a report to the appropriate authority. In other circumstances we will generally contact you first.

Restrictions can prevent further generation or purchases, and queued jobs may be cancelled. A closure for a serious breach may forfeit remaining credits except where the law requires a refund. If we close an account for another reason, unused purchased credits are refunded proportionately to the amount paid.

To challenge a decision, contact support within 30 days and include the account or job reference. A person will review the request; the usual response target is seven days, not a guaranteed deadline. You may also request account deletion. Any refund on voluntary closure follows the refund rules above.

09 Availability and limits of responsibility

The service is provided as available and may change, pause or discontinue features. If paid generation is permanently discontinued, we will give signed-in users reasonable notice to use remaining purchased credits.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect and consequential losses, and total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid the service during the preceding 12 months. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that applicable law makes mandatory.

10 Updates to these terms

The effective date identifies this version. Material changes will be brought to signed-in users’ attention. Continued use after a change is subject to the updated terms. Contact the operator if you need clarification before using or purchasing the service.
