Questions about credits

How many credits will my clip use?

Multiply the duration by 30: five seconds uses 150 credits, ten uses 300 and fifteen uses 450. Portrait and landscape have the same rate at 720p.

Does buying a pack start a subscription?

No. Each pack is paid for once. There are no automatic top-ups or recurring plan charges.

What happens to credits during a render?

The displayed amount is reserved when you submit. A completed job spends that reservation; a failed job returns it. Closing the browser does not cancel a running job.

What is included for a new account?

New accounts get 150 free credits — enough for one 5-second preview. They are granted once per account and expire after 30 days, rather than resetting every day.

How long can I keep purchased credits?

Purchased credits expire 12 months after purchase. Credits with the earliest expiry are used first. Your account shows the next expiry date.

Can I get a money refund?

Unused credit packs are eligible for a refund request within 14 days of purchase, subject to the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights. A failed-job credit return is separate from a money refund.

Where do I see my balance?

Sign in with Google and open My Videos. Keep using the same Google account for your purchases, credits and saved results.
