This policy explains what hotellobbyaigenerator.online collects when you use it, why, and what you can do about it. It works together with our Terms of Service.
01 Information used by the service
Signing in supplies your Google account identifier, name and email address; Google does not share your password with us. A submitted generation includes two character images and the chosen duration and frame. The application records job status, timestamps, output files and credit activity.
Purchases create payment references and fulfillment or reversal records. Card details are entered on Waffo’s checkout, rather than stored as full card numbers by this application. Infrastructure providers may process connection information to deliver and protect the service. The application does not attach country or location data to an account.
02 Why information is processed
Account information connects your credits and saved videos to your sign-in. Images and generation settings are needed to create the requested output. Purchase and credit records support fulfillment, refund handling, accounting and abuse prevention. Support messages are used to investigate the issue you report.
The operator does not use your submitted images or results to train a model or publish them in marketing without permission. The generation providers process submitted material under their own policies; the statement about our own use is not a promise about every provider’s independent practices.
04 Optional analytics
Analytics and session-recording integrations are currently off. The site does not load Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity or Plausible. Saving an analytics preference records a choice on this device; it does not activate a tracking script.
Any future integration and its data use will be disclosed before activation. You can change the stored choice here.
06 Retention and deletion requests
Uploads and completed videos remain available while your account is active. Credit and payment history may need to be retained for accounting, tax, disputes or fraud prevention beyond the life of an individual video.
To request removal of a video or account, email support@figuresofyou.com from the Google email used to sign in. Identify the jobs involved. The deletion target is within 30 days for uploads, videos and profile data, except records that must be retained by law.
07 Your choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correction, export, deletion or objection to particular processing. Send requests to the support address; we aim to respond within 30 days and may need to confirm account ownership.
You can sign out at any time and remove the application’s access in your Google account settings. Revoking access alone does not delete previously stored videos, so contact us if you also want those removed.
08 Access and security
Private upload and result routes check that the signed-in account owns the requested job. Connections use HTTPS, and the server stores sign-in session hashes. These measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee that a system is immune from compromise.
If an incident requires notification under applicable law, affected users will be informed. Do not send passwords, verification codes or full card details to support.
09 Adult-only use
The service is intended for adults aged 18 or over. Uploaded images must not depict anyone under 18. If you believe a child has used the service or their data has been submitted, notify support so the operator can investigate and remove it.
10 Policy updates
Changes are reflected in the effective date of this page. Significant changes will be communicated to signed-in users. Contact the operator at the support address if you need help understanding a particular data use.
